zevion provides digital design, branding, web development, product strategy, and technical consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for client projects are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) or project contracts agreed upon with each client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of project invoices, clients receive ownership of final custom design and code deliverables created specifically for their project.
• Company Materials: zevion retains all rights to pre-existing code structures, proprietary frameworks, internal tools, and preliminary concepts.

4. User Conduct & Reviews

Users submitting reviews, testimonials, or project inquiries must ensure all submitted content is accurate, truthful, and lawful. zevion reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews containing inappropriate, illegal, or spam material.
